Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and follow company policies.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
