Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising, and stocking products.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering and stock shelving activities efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Contribute to store inventory counts and ensure compliance with security measures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
  • Ability to operate equipment like cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus, along with knowledge of handling alcoholic beverages.
