Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of our store, you will be involved in product merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the required competencies and professional skills for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of following company policies, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience desirable.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
