Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
  • Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
