Job Description
Join Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you'll be responsible for a variety of store functions to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers. As a valued member of the team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, stock product displays, operate a cash register, and maintain a clean store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with colleagues and management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
- Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
