Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
  • Assist customers courteously, enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and report to store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
