Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining product stock, operating the cash register, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise and maintain displays
- Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback to management
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
