Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness and order in the store.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure attractive displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
