Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise, and ensuring that our store maintains a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
  • Process purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
  • Experience in retail is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
