Job Description
Join our team at Avis Budget Group as a Customer Service Associate! We are currently hiring responsible and energetic individuals to assist customers with the return of rental cars. As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, recording car details, and ensuring a seamless car return process.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with returning rental cars.
- Record mileage, gas levels, and any damage to vehicles.
- Check cars into the computer system.
- Provide exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective verbal communication.

- 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus.
