In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in various aspects of the rental or return process at our airport lots. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the rental and return process at airport lots.
• Provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints.
• Operate handheld devices to enter necessary information.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Help customers at exit gates and during vehicle return.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying shifts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
