Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the return of their rental cars, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a valued member of our enterprise, you will play a vital role in our continued success.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with the return of rental cars.
• Meet and greet customers, record mileage, gas levels, and damage to cars.
• Check cars into the computer system.
• Provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and all shifts.
• 6 months retail customer service experience is a plus.
