Minimum Qualifications

  • Current dental hygienist license in MN.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • New Graduate or relevant clinical experience.
  • Proficiency in using dental tools and digital technologies.
  • Desire for continuous learning and growth in clinical skills.
  • Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when needed.
  • Availability for periodic training sessions throughout the year.
