Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent dental care and hygiene services to patients.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure the best treatment outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education programs to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain patient records and adhere to all necessary documentation procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and patient screening.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New graduates or experienced hygienists welcome.
• Familiarity with dental technologies such as Velscope and digital x-rays.
• Strong commitment to ongoing learning and patient care.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of performing essential job duties with or without accommodations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
