Cargill is seeking a Dice Line Lead to join our protein and salt business in Timberville, VA. As part of our global team dedicated to nourishing the world responsibly, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently.

Principal Accountabilities

• Rotate through various positions on the production line.
• Set up and operate machinery, perform weighing and grinding tasks.
• Cross-train within the department as required.
• Complete necessary paperwork and miscellaneous duties.
• Read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Spanish.
• Familiarity with IPFS and SAP systems.
