Job Description

We are looking for a Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep to join our team remotely. As a key member of Jazz Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing integrated Global Medical Affairs strategies and plans for the Sleep molecule. Your responsibilities will include working closely with cross-functional teams, leading evidence generation activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated Global Medical Affairs strategies and plans for the Sleep molecule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality scientific and medical communications.
  • Participate in phase IV studies, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and Real World Evidence generation.
  • Maintain strong scientific knowledge of the Sleep market and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and regulations relevant to the markets.

Requirements

  • Clinical experience in Neurology/Psychiatry, with 7-10 years in Medical Affairs or clinical development in neurosciences.
  • Experience in developing and executing Global Medical Affairs strategies and plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and exceptional communication abilities.
  • MD degree strongly preferred.
