We are looking for a Dishwasher Pit Monkey to join our team at Lariat Lodge Brewing. As a crucial member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils to ensure a smooth operation in our busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, silverware, and other kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all items are washed, sanitized, and stored properly.
• Assist in general kitchen duties such as cleaning surfaces, taking out trash, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required.
