Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven District Manager who is currently a college student to join our team at Aldi. As a District Manager in our Jefferson Division, you will oversee the operations of a district consisting of multiple stores, leading employees, and driving sales growth. With up to 44 weeks of paid training, you will have the opportunity to take on the responsibility for the operations, management, and performance of a multi-million dollar district. This role covers areas in Georgia, Western North Carolina, Southern Alabama, and Northwest South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise district operations in alignment with company standards and goals.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
- Ensure team training, development, and performance to maintain a motivated workforce.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and goal achievement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
