Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced District Manager to join ALDI in the Greater Watertown NY Region. As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple stores, lead employees, and drive sales growth in one of the fastest-growing US grocery retail chains. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a starting salary of $95,000 and additional benefits including a signing bonus of $5,000, cost-of-living adjustment, and parking reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the operations of up to six stores within the district.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a professional workforce.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
