Responsibilities
- Customize telecom solutions for individual customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and pricing plans.
- Master the art of sales persuasion and objection handling.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements effectively.
- Complete all necessary documentation with precision.
- Build lasting relationships by providing post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and quotas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of door-to-door selling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
- Physical abilities to work full time.
