Responsibilities

  • Provide customized telecom solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and effectively sell the benefits of Optimum products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers post-sale to drive customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in computer and technical skills.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work full-time.
