Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces following event plans, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are plated attractively.
• Deliver products to distribution clients as required.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the event areas.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations for a consistent presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination during events.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist with post-event cleanup and breakdown.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or banquet service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one is advantageous.
