Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

One Medical is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our transformative primary care team. You will be responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, delivering in-office and virtual care, and collaborating with clinical teams to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of patient needs through acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams to optimize patient care.
• Utilize your clinical training to perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, or equivalent experience.
• New York state license obtained by start date.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and proficiency in evidence-based practice.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

This full-time position is based in New York, NY in partnership with Mount Sinai Hospital. Competitive salary range of $127,000 to $135,000 per year, with additional incentives based on qualifications and performance.
