Job Description
The Rounds is looking for Field Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As the face of our mission to make sustainable choices effortless, you will play a vital role in acquiring new Members for our AI-powered personal Psychic Home Manager platform. This sales position requires persuasive skills and a passion for sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Educate potential Members about sustainable grocery delivery offerings at various pop-up events.
- Achieve and exceed new Member acquisition targets through consultative sales techniques.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new Members by helping them place their first order.
- Contribute feedback and insights to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements
- Experience in sales with a goal-driven and energetic approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people.
- Passion for sustainability and entrepreneurship.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Compensation
On target earnings of over $38/hour with competitive hourly rate and uncapped commission per new member acquired. Performance-based bonus opportunity.
