Compensation: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities
Description: VASA Fitness is looking for a passionate Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join our team. As a key member of our fitness studio, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting experience by offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness solutions to our members. Your primary goal will be to maximize studio and group fitness usage while ensuring exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train talent to drive club traffic and member engagement
- Analyze performance and drive results to achieve financial targets and KPIs
- Ensure all equipment and technology are well-maintained and safe
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches
- Deliver world-class member experiences through high-energy classes
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in managing fitness studios or group fitness programs
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passionate about fitness and creating a positive community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
