Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness and lead our Studio and Group Fitness programs. As a GFSTL, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive and on-trend fitness experience, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, and ensuring members receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage talent for scheduling to enhance club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance to meet financial targets and KPIs, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage.
- Deliver world-class member experiences through flawless execution of playbooks, marketing events, and programming.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development, fostering talent and commitment.
- Ensure members receive exceptional experiences, motivating, uplifting, and building a strong community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness instruction or management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a positive and uplifting fitness environment.
- Ability to analyze data, drive performance, and exceed targets.
