Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage group fitness instructors and studio coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, ensuring all studio and group fitness spaces are optimized
- Deliver exceptional member experiences by ensuring clean, safe, and well-equipped studio spaces
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development
Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, and managing fitness instructors
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results and exceed performance targets
- Strong communication and leadership skills
