Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness, a company dedicated to providing an inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experience. As a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional VASA experience by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, ensuring KPIs are met, and delivering outstanding classes that motivate and uplift our community.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze and drive performance in Studio and Group Fitness spaces to achieve financial targets and exceed KPIs.
- Maintain competitive, on-trend class schedules and ensure exceptional member and guest experience through high-energy classes.
- Report equipment for repair promptly, maintain cleanliness, execute marketing events flawlessly, and ensure programming standards are met.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to build a talented team that delivers world-class fitness experiences.
- Create connections with members and guests, address concerns promptly, and foster a culture that aligns with our core values.
