Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a key role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional classes, and fostering a strong sense of community within our fitness studio.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and programming.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
- Ensure high energy classes that motivate, uplift, and create community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness studio management.
- Passion for fitness and creating inclusive, on-trend fitness experiences.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop a team of instructors and coaches.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
