Job Responsibilities
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to create an uplifting VASA experience
- Recruit and train talented instructors and coaches
- Analyze business performance and drive results to achieve financial targets
- Ensure exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes and community-building
- Maintain equipment, clean and safe STUDIO and Group Fitness rooms, and execute marketing events
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fitness management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fitness and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to drive performance and achieve business goals
