Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness, a leading fitness brand focused on offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experiences. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating an 'UPLIFT' VASA experience for our members, ensuring high energy classes that motivate, uplift, and create a sense of community.
Responsibilities
- Recruit top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Implement strategies to maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, achieving financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructors and coaches, fostering continuous development and growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating connections and addressing member needs promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness club management or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team building and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for fitness, health, and creating a positive impact on members' lives.
