Fitness Studio Lead

Join our team at VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead. We are looking for a motivated individual to lead our inclusive and trendsetting fitness offerings. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for maximizing Studio and Group Fitness engagement, ensuring exceptional experiences for our members. This role involves recruiting and staffing top talent, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering world-class member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and engagement.
• Analyze and optimize Studio and Group Fitness performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences through clean, safe, and well-equipped fitness spaces.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
• Ensure high energy classes that motivate, uplift, and create a sense of community.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and achieve business targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Certifications in fitness instruction or coaching are a plus.
