Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join the team at Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt. The ideal candidate should have prior hotel experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, handling reservations, and supervising the front desk team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Supervise daily shift processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Train and direct the front desk team, resolving issues and providing quality service.
  • Resolve guest complaints efficiently to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Representative or Cashier with supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Evaluation Criteria

Employee evaluation will be based on work quality, attendance, guest relations, compliance with hotel policies, and initiative.

Prerequisites

Work experience in a similar position, supervisory experience, and computer proficiency required. High ethical standards and adherence to Shamin Hotels' Code of Ethics.
