We are looking for a FSQR Technician to join Cargill, a global leader in providing high-quality food products. As part of our protein and salt business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.

- Shift(s) Available: 2nd
- Compensation: $25.75/hr
Principal Accountabilities
- Perform monitoring duties to ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, and quality specifications.
- Correlate with production on out-of-spec parameters.
- Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports for deviations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for deviations.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with hand tools and ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a cold environment and stand/walk for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food safety or quality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Cargill operations is a plus.
