Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and ensuring overall store performance. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising the team and identifying training opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for improvements.
- Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
