Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities to support the growth of the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product performance.
• Supervise store operations and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining store standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in a retail environment, with management experience preferred.
