Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to boost team performance.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and suggest adjustments to maintain our position.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
