Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies to improve operational results, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding company policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute action plans to enhance store performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Merchandise products to optimize sales
- Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of inventory management and customer service best practices
- Prior management experience preferred
