We are currently looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies to improve operational results, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute action plans to enhance store performance
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Merchandise products to optimize sales
  • Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of inventory management and customer service best practices
  • Prior management experience preferred
