Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, developing operational plans, and ensuring overall store performance. This role requires leadership skills, the ability to provide excellent customer service, and a commitment to maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail environment with management skills preferred.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and personnel management.
