Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, and implementing action plans to ensure the store's success. You will lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
