Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, driving overall store performance, and developing operational plans. Your responsibilities will include supervising the team, identifying training opportunities, ensuring inventory procedures are followed, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance
• Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper stocking procedures
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Prior experience in retail management preferred
• Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment
