Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, your responsibilities will contribute to the store's success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work both independently and in a team setting
