Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your daily tasks.
• Ensure neat stocking, cleanliness, and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Support inventory management procedures and cashier responsibilities.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to maintain store security and confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold operational standards.
• Perform physical tasks like lifting and stocking up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in multitasking.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
