Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by actively engaging with customers, restocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock merchandise neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team, following company policies and procedures.
