Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
