Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform additional assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Capability to work independently and within a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
• Prior retail experience is a plus

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is advantageous
