Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to contribute to store improvement.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and uphold confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register accurately.
• Ability to use store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
