Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will play a vital role in the store's operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize loss prevention.
• Execute general cleaning duties and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
