Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Take inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
