Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Give feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash handling and operation of equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
