Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will elevate the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer assistance and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures, uphold security measures, and perform assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail operations and general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to the required skills
